**Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to designated senior estimators
- Review scope of work to be priced with estimator
- Accurately review plans, sections, and written specifications
- Perform material take-offs
- Request pricing from suppliers and acquire quotes from subcontractors
- Organize bid documents, take-offs, and supplier quotes for estimator
- Review bid documents

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Horticulture schooling an asset
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Strong computer skills (word, excel, Bluebeam)
- Experience with landscape construction field works an asset
- Ability to work independently with time management skills
- Detail oriented, motivated, and goal driven
- Ability to prioritize job responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license
