Cloverdale Paint Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and mechanically inclined **Spray** **Equipment Repair Technician**to join our team in **Red Deer.**.
This flexible position entails overseeing our spray equipment repair shop and stepping in as a Customer Service Representative at the front counter when needed.
We are looking for someone to work approximately2-4 shifts per week.
Wage range for this role is $7.00 - $20.00/hr, but is negotiable depending on previous experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Spray Technician_
- Efficiently manage and execute repairs and maintenance of equipment up to and including shakers, tint machines, airless, conventional, HVLP, pneumatic sprayers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to our valued customers.
- Provide technical assistance, advice, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge
- Maintain inventory and all administrative and operational functions of shop
- Sell equipment and services
- Customer Service Representative_
- Answering basic customer inquiries in person and by phone
- Determining and recommending products to customers ensuring the customer is supplied with all items required for their project
- Tinting & shaking paint accurately
- Keying in sales and operating basic functions of the POS system
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in spray equipment repair is an asset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
- At least 1-year of Retail Sales and/or Paint Industry experience
- **Ability to lift up to 50lb regularly**:
