They must have great knowledge or be willing to learn the variety of products we carry. Passionate about the industry, positive attitude, and willing to grow with the team, they must understand rules and regulations as well store policies. Understanding our customers and being able to guide them with their store shopping and helping them with any questions they may have. Job description Reporting to the Operations Manager, a Keyholder/Cannabis Consultant is responsible for seeing that daily store operations are completed in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. A Keyholder/Cannabis Consultant must possess knowledge of products, understand the AGCO rules and regulations and have the ability to provide an exceptional client experience. In addition to the above, a Keyholder/Cannabis Consultant must be able to demonstrate the following: - Carry keys and alarm codes; open and close the store, disarm and arm alarm system - Ability to balance point of sale drawers and safe - Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge - Ability to assist and guide the client through the products and identify their wants/needs - Ability to understand and listen to the client by asking questions the right questions and ensure they go home with the product they are looking for. - Goal driven to achieve sales goals and complete duties as assigned daily - Ability to work within a team environment and/or independently, if required. - Ability to effectively communicate with both staff members, Management team and clients. - Ability to drive a positive atmosphere, customer experience and be able to build trust and loyalty with customers - Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented - Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Qualifications: - CannSell Certification - Good knowledge of Cannabis products - Experience with computer technology, including MS Office and Google Cloud - Clean Criminal Background Check - Basic office administration skills required - Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays - Ability to work individually and as part of a team - Familiar with various Cannabis strains, brands, and accessories. - Minimum experience of 1 year within retail cannabis sales - Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions - Must be able to lift, stack, and carry up to 50 pounds (22.5 Kg) **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent **Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Company events - Flexible schedule - Store discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Tips COVID-19 considerations: - Remote interview process - Social distancing guidelines in place - Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place - All customers are required to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines. - Curbside Pick-up Ability to commute/relocate: - Toronto, ON M4P1M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - sales: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - CannSell (required) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) - Night Shift (required) Work Location: In person
