**Job Title**: Concrete Flatwork Installer

**Location**: Various Project Sites - Colborne, Ontario and Surrounding Areas

**Position Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organizing and scheduling concrete trucks and pumps for pours.
- Preparing sub-bases, forming, and installing steel reinforcement for new pours.
- Placing and screeding concrete for various flatwork projects.
- Finishing concrete using hand tools and power trowels.
- Installing and removing formwork for various flatwork projects.
- Saw cutting concrete.
- Setting up, tarping, and maintaining temporary heat when required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in concrete flatwork installation.
- Proficiency in the majority of the tasks listed above.

**Preferred Experience (but not required)**:

- Footings, Foundation Forming, Foundation Waterproofing and Retaining Walls.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- A valid G or G2 driver’s license (preferred).

**Compensation**:

- Competitive pay ranging from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
