**POSITION**:
Technical Sales Specialist

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong relationships with partners, customers, and vendors over the phone globally
- Identify and classify opportunities that include Education, Healthcare, and non-profits
- Develop and implement lead nurturing plans
- Ensure all customer accounts are contacted regularly
- Establish call priorities and frequencies (pipeline report, customer action plan)
- Assist customers, channel partners worldwide with special pricing requests
- Research new leads and industries and follow up with orders as needed

**TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT**:
Full-Time

**LANGUAGE OF WORK**:
English

**WAGE**:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per annum based on a 40 hour work week, plus commissions. Eligibility for annual salary increase.

**BENEFITS**:

- Cell phone plan option after 3 months

**EDUCATION**:
University degree

**EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum two years’ experience in a sales position;
- Proven experience running your own business or team;
- Demonstrated experience teaching and/or coaching teams for best performance;
- Demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of Salesforce;
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory;
- Conversational French or higher is required;
- Good computer knowledge including use of Microsoft Office;
- Must be comfortable addressing large groups;
- Professional phone mannerism and presence;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
