Procurement Specialist/ Buyer

**What would a typical day be like?**
- Sort drawings
- Supplier and vendor management on ensure on-time delivery
- Receiving of parts and organization on ship floor
- Arranging and managing shipping and coatings
- Handles US and Canadian Customs, Brokerage and Tariffs
- Managing shop consumables
- Miscellaneous items
- Manage inventory of “stock parts” such as standard fasteners and pneumatic fittings
- Manage shop services (i.e. garbage, HVAC etc.)
- Hands-on “filling in” where needed (handling materials, loading/unloading trucks, sweeping etc)
- Fork truck license an asset

**What qualifies you for this opportunity?**
- Must have basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Organized and have attention to detail
- Fork truck license is an asset
