**Have a demonstrated knack for finding great talent?** **Do you thrive in a role where you can be a **professional "**_match-maker_**?** Playground is rapidly expanding and is currently seeking a driven and experienced **_Recruitment Specialist_** to join our growing HR Team. **Who you are**: **Responsibilities**: - Participate in the entire recruitment process, i.e. post positions, review resumes, conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews, schedule interviews with hiring managers, perform background checks and prepare employee files. - Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally. - Coordinate training schedules for new hires and assist with on-boarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees. **Requirements**: - Effective written and verbal communication skills (English and French) as well as presentation skills. - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary and fast-paced environment. - Must be 18 years or older. - A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including conflict resolution and people management skills. - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Google Suite and online platforms. - Have the ability to take initiatives. - Bachelor's Degree or certificate in Human Resources Management or relevant field an asset - Past experience with ATS systems, recruiting/administration or human resources is desirable. - __________ **_ Êtes-vous reconnu pour votre capacité à trouver de grands talents?_** **_ Vous vous épanouissez dans un rôle où vous êtes un " matchmaker " professionnel ?_** Playground est en pleine expansion et recherche actuellement un **_spécialiste du recrutement _**motivé et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe RH en pleine croissance. **Qui vous êtes**: **Responsabilités**: - Participer à l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, c'est-à-dire afficher des postes, examiner des CV, mener des entretiens téléphoniques et en personne, planifier des entretiens avec les responsables du recrutement, effectuer des vérifications des antécédents et préparer les dossiers des employés. - Annoncez les offres d'emploi sur la page carrières de l'entreprise, les médias sociaux, les sites d'emploi et en interne. - Coordonner les horaires de formation des nouveaux employés et aider à l'intégration. - Gérer et traiter les demandes de transfert internes. - Collaborer avec les responsables du recrutement pour définir des critères de qualification pour les futurs employés. **Exigences**: - Compétences efficaces en communication écrite et verbale (anglais et français) - Capacité avérée à travailler de manière indépendante et collaborative dans un environnement multidisciplinaire et dynamique. - Doit avoir 18 ans ou plus. - Un sens bien défini de la diplomatie, y compris des compétences en résolution de conflits et en gestion des personnes. - Doit avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. - Maîtrise de la suite Google et des plateformes en ligne. - Avoir la capacité de prendre des initiatives. - Baccalauréat ou certificat en Gestion des Ressources humaines ou dans un domaine pertinent un atout - Une expérience passée avec les systèmes ATS, le recrutement/l'administration ou les ressources humaines est un atout - _L'utilisation du genre masculin inclut le féminin et n'est utilisée que pour faciliter la lecture._ JCM6bPdFNn
