St Thomas, Canada KMS Property Maintenance Full time

Supervisor or previous management experience an asset
- Positive, hardworking attitude with an eagerness to learn
- Drivers license with clean abstract (minor tickets may be accepted)
- Property Maintenance/Landscape experience is a benefit
- Industry knowledge for Summer or Winter work is a plus, but the willingness to learn is more important.

**Job Duties**:

- Be available 24/7 to work during the Winter season.
- Lead a team (or work solo) to complete salting and shoveling scheduled routes in St.Thomas.
- Operate gas powered snowblowers, salters and company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Mentor, advise and help develop skills within the crew of employees
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather
- Physical requirements include lifting, bending, reaching, stretching, and pushing of up to 50lbs.
