- Greet customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience upon arrival at the dealership.
- Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences to understand their requirements for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
- Showcase vehicles and demonstrate their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers on a journey to discover the perfect vehicle for them.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and additional services available to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet dealership objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on products, technologies, and industry trends to effectively advise customers and address inquiries.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Follow the dealership's and the brand’s pre-set procedures and policies
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and record data

**Qualifications**:

- Organized and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Ability to work both independently as well as alongside a team
- Ability to overcome customer objections
- Knowledge of JLR vehicles and their features is a plus.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury market required
- Social media knowledge is an asset
