**About the Role**

We’re looking for a motivated Arborist Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced arborists to help with pruning, tree removals, climbing, rigging, site cleanup, and equipment handling.

This is a great opportunity to learn the trade in a safe and supportive environment. We’ll help you build the skills you need and support your path toward becoming a **Certified Arborist.**

**What You’ll Do**
- Assist with tree trimming, removals, and cleanup
- Use chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment
- Support climbers and bucket truck operators
- Operate trucks and equipment (5-ton)
- Follow all safety procedures
- Communicate clearly with the crew and supervisor

**What We’re Looking For**
- Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to drive a 5-ton vehicle (air brake endorsement is a plus)
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role

**Experience**:

- Bucket operation: 1 year (preferred but not required)
- Tree Climbing: 1 year (preferred but not required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred but not required)

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
