We meet the highest standards of excellence through community involvement, constant growth within our team, and of course our great beer, seltzer, non-alcoholic beer and soda We're looking for an organized, proactive Order Desk Coordinator to be the key link between our sales team, warehouse, and customers.
**Job Summary**
As the Order Desk Coordinator, you’ll act as the central hub for all incoming orders. You’ll handle communications with customers and sales reps, enter and manage sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and help keep everything running on schedule.
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary contact for existing sales accounts
- Enter sales orders and invoices into Ekos (inventory management software)
- Communicate order updates and potential issues to the sales team
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for order fulfillment
- Maintain and send out weekly product availability updates
- Help manage delivery schedules and ensure accuracy of customer data
- Support inventory tracking and paperwork in Ekos
- Build and prepare orders for delivery
- Ship and receive orders through the warehouse
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Experience in administration, customer service, or sales support
- Proficient with computers; ability to learn systems like Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and Ekos
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate a pallet jack (forklift experience is an asset)
- Craft beverage or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
**Work Environment**
- Office and warehouse setting
- Working with clients in the liquor and retail industry
- Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM (may vary based on business needs)
