**Casual Part time position for a medical office receptionist in Welland, Ontario**

Duties include:

- Schedule patient appointment and diagnostic test
- Answering and placing telephone calls, relaying telephone calls and messages
- Scanning and file documents into EMR. EMR used is Accuro
- Perform other clerical duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Completion of post secondary education
- Medical office assistant/ Medical Receptionist diploma is an asset
- Demonstrate good work ethics, professional, dependable and reliable.
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work mornings and afternoons ( no later then 5pm)
- Must have excellent computer knowledge, must have experience with electronic medical records (EMR ) and preferable experience with Accuro EMR
- This position is casual approximately 8 hours a week or more to cover holidays
