**Position Overview**

We are seeking an exceptional **Sales Representative** to join our growing team full-time. This role is ideal for a confident, customer-focused individual who excels at closing sales, building relationships, and delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

As a Sales Representative at Crown and Birch, you will be the face of our showroom—guiding clients through furniture, lighting, and décor selections with expertise, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.

**Key ResponsibilitiesSales - Primary Focus**
- Engage customers to understand their design needs, lifestyle, and preferences
- Present furniture, lighting, and décor solutions with confidence and product knowledge
- Prepare quick, accurate pricing quotes and professional presentations
- Close sales effectively and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
- Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to final delivery
- Communicate product details, features, and design recommendations clearly
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Senior Sales Representative

**Customer Experience**
- Create a warm, welcoming in-store environment
- Answer product questions and guide clients through design choices
- Offer styling suggestions and interior design support when appropriate

**Administrative**
- Maintain organized customer files and follow-up systems
- Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with showroom upkeep and product displays

**Required Qualifications**

**Essential Skills**
- Proven sales ability with a strong track record of closing deals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Ability to create quick, accurate pricing and presentations
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.

**Passion & Product Knowledge**
- Genuine passion for interior design and home décor
- Interest in current design trends and principles
- Ability to confidently discuss furniture, lighting, and décor
- Strong visual eye and understanding of spatial relationships
