**SALES ASSOCIATE**

As a Sales Associate, you play a key role in creating a memorable customer experience. Through your warm welcome, attentive listening, and strong product knowledge, you help each customer design a space that reflects their personal style. - Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to each customer by identifying their needs and offering expert advice
- Participate in day-to-day store operations: cash register transactions, receiving merchandise, and restocking the sales floor
- Ensure products are neatly presented and the sales floor is replenished according to established visual standards
- Work closely with the team to maintain a positive, organized, and customer-focused work environment

- Customer service or retail sales experience (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills and ease interacting with customers

**YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Permanent part-time position
- Flexible schedule based on store needs, including day and/or evening shifts

- Frequent physical activity: bending, stretching, climbing ladders or step stools during merchandising and customer service tasks
