**What You’ll Do**

The position entails being the first point of contact for all guests arriving and departing from the hotel. This includes checking guests in and out, answering the phones, booking reservations and coordinating guest stays and requests while at the property. The front desk agent would have to be confident using a computer, as well as work well under pressure both in a team and solo environment.

The position would consist of shifts from 7 am-3 pm and from 3 pm-11 pm, on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

**The Things We Are Looking For**
- Must be comfortable using computers
- Flexibility to work the shifts as described above
- Friendly, positive and easy to approach demeanor
- Must be able to multitask in a busy environment
- Willingness to receive feedback & further training from management
- Physically able to assist guests with heavy luggage as well as colleagues with inventory if needed
- Self motivated and eagerness to seek out tasks when time permits
- Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency is always maintained
- 1+ year customer service experience (_preferred_)

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
