Construction/restoration Project Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled **Estimator** with at least **5 years of experience in construction estimating** and a proven track record of **managing projects from estimation through to completion**. This role requires precision, industry knowledge, and the ability to balance competitive bidding with practical execution in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to assess scope.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and condition assessments.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless project handoff.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Oversee tender processes, including documentation and scope of work.
- Maintain and update a database of unit costs, suppliers, contractors, and labor rates.
- Communicate clearly with clients, providing detailed estimates and recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **5 years of construction/restoration estimating experience**.
- **Must have previous experience managing projects** (construction or restoration).
- Strong knowledge of concrete, masonry, waterproofing, and building envelope systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
