**Job Summary**

We are currently seeking an **Inside Sales Representative** to support our sales initiatives and enhance client relationships. In this role, you will engage with customers to promote products and services and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales by engaging new and existing customers.
- Educate clients on products and digital tools.
- Recommend solutions and qualify leads.
- Maintain customer records and update accounts.
- Train customers on ordering platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Promote campaigns and introduce new products.
- Analyze data to support sales strategies.
- Maintain SOPs and Salesforce entries.
- Support order processing and inventory activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**
- University or College degree in business or similar field
- Sales Marketing or Technical Product Certification is preferred
- 3+ years of experience of inside sales

**Key Competencies**
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Experience with JDE and Salesforce is an asset
