Description: Responsible for representing Big White Ski Resort at events throughout the Central Okanagan and wearing The Loose Moose mascot at various promotional initiatives.

**Position Requirements/Skills**:

- Proven self-motivation, ability to work well with minimum supervision
- Must be comfortable with public
- Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
- Be able to execute the same event multiple times with passion and enthusiasm
- Work well within a diverse team environment
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability: including evenings, early mornings, weekends and statutory holidays

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Executing and teardown of events handled by the Sales and Marketing team including daily, weekly and seasonal events
- Enhancing existing events
- Mascot appearances as required during events, day-to-day resort operations
- Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless delivery of events
- Help set up and maintain events when required
- Create new and engaging events
- Assist other departments as required
- Communicate effectively with all departments regarding guest experience
- Work cooperatively as a member of the Sales and Marketing team
- Comply with all department and company policies, and procedures
- Uphold the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times
- Sample third party products
- Supervise on-site activations
- Perform other tasks, as assigned by management

**Physical Demands**:

- Must be able to sit and stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry
- Must be able to kneel, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill duties
- Requires grasping, using tools, writing, standing, sitting, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity
