**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Be part of the Programs Digital Innovation Office working in a multidisciplinary environment
- Support development and execution of dedicated initiatives in strategy roadmap aimed to reduce cost and increase efficiency
- Lead along business focals in the integration of digital technology into practically every facet of the organization, its operational procedures, and its culture. (Programs, Supply Chain, and Engineering)
- Work across functions (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Aftermarket,Finance, HR etc)
- Work closely with partners to ensure IT and AI needs are captured and in line with Bombardier Framework
- Dive deep into business function needs to help identify, narrow and execute key initiatives with technological solutions
- Create, harmonize and track plans to successfully achieve our objectives
- Coordinate the various resources involved in the project
- Capture and identify ROI/benefits of digital solution technologies implementation
- Connect digital transformation activities with other work streams to identify synergies and make sure they adhere to the project’s overall timeframe and major milestones.
- Provide weekly status reports and control risks.
- Integrate into the business unit to which you support to support and implement approved initiatives.
- In charge of organizing and directing business development activities, such as presentations, proposal creation, and Statements of Work (SOW).

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have a university degree or college diploma in engineering with a focus aerospace, artificial intelligence, data analytics or technology implementation.
- You have 5 to 8 years of experience as a project manager or product owner with aircraft manufacturing experience and/or digital technology implementation
- You have Supply Chain experience (an asset)
- You have some experience as a project manager in an industrial or corporate environment and aircraft manufacturing experience (an asset);
- You have a strong financial acumen (an asset);
- You demonstrate an excellent spirit of synthesis; you easily popularize technical information in your written and oral communications in French and English.
- You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic;
- You show leadership and you have very good ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and influence others;
- You have good computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, PowerBI, etc.;
- You are a very organized person, you are results-oriented while remaining flexible to changing priorities and accustomed to working on several projects at the same time.
