We are growing and require a Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator who will play a key role on our team.

**About the Position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and enforcing site safety rules and practices, ensuring strict compliance with company health & safety program and occupational health & safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and review all Field Level Risk Assessment (FLRA) to ensure compliance with safety standards, client requirements, and hazard/risk.
- Conduct investigations reporting all incidents/accidents/injuries to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Mentoring and coaching construction crews on best safety practices, policies, and procedures in place.
- Provide safety site orientation to new workers/visitors to the site.
- Ensure that Emergency plan is developed, implemented, maintained, and reviewed regularly.
- Experience in the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program would be considered an asset
- Experience with SiteDocs would be considered an asset
- Experience working with WSA and Nav Canada would be considered an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
