**Location**: Abbotsford BC + Fraser Valley

**Compensation**: Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses **_($90k-$150k - no commission cap)_**

As Dreamscape Painting continues to grow, we are looking for an outside sales representative who can embody our vision, close sales for our team and bring in new clients.

**_ Primary responsibilities will include:_**
- Achieve personal sales goals, sales rate targets, and close rates
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Convert leads and phone calls into sales and lifelong clients
- Cold call new clients and attend appropriate networking events
- Generate scopes via both on-site and remote site visits
- Participate in networking groups, professional societies, and industry workshops

**_ Job Requirements:_**
- 2-5 years of sales experience _(home or building care/maintenance industry preferred but not required)_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven
- Skilled in the areas of multi-tasking, organization, prioritization and time management
- Skill at closing the Sale
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer skills are a must, proficiency in CRM, Google Drive, a plus
- Experience in a team atmosphere
- Responsibility and dependability
