**Salary**: The salary range for this position is CAD $45.46/Hr. - CAD $65.35/Hr. Summary:

Reporting to the Corporate Director, Strategic Planning and Management, the Lead, Strategic Management facilitates teams across the organization in the development of strategic work plans including implementing, supporting, monitoring and reporting approaches to achieve results. The Lead, Strategic Management systematically analyzes problems to determine solutions and facilitates issues resolution to help teams obtain results. The Lead, Strategic Management develops inter-personal relationships for effective and ongoing communication with key partners including negotiating priorities and sharing information that facilitates connections and collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications / Skills and Education:
Education, Training and Experience
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, an applicable health discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of recent related experience working in a healthcare environment in a progressively responsible leadership role.

- Demonstrated ability to establish courses of action for self and others that are result oriented.
- Proven organizational skills and exemplary attention to detail.
- Demonstrated flexibility to meet multiple deadlines under competing priorities and easily adaptable to change, periods of uncertainty and new challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to use related equipment and software including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
- Ability to use collaboration tools (such as Sharepoint & Teams) is an advantage.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.

The new St. Paul’s Hospital is expected to open in 2027.
1. Works collaboratively with teams across the organization to develop prioritized work plans to effectively action strategic priorities and deliver results.
2. Develops and manages infrastructure (tools, processes) for organizational and individual department/team plan progress monitoring and reporting.
3. Monitors work plans & timelines and supports teams in enabling the attainment of goals, objectives & key results and effectively reporting/communicating strategic performance.
4. Maintains momentum on multiple concurrent plans in a complex and evolving portfolio.
5. Provides effective and ongoing communication with key partners (inside and outside the organization) to ensure successful completion and sustainment of plans while maintaining positive working relationships.
6. Applies facilitation techniques to support team planning discussions, prioritization and decision making.
7. Develops networks to build engagement and participation of key partners to ensure that strategic work is coordinated, aligned and advancing.
