**Job Title: IT Consultant (Genesys PureConnect, Genesys Engage)**

**Location: Brampton, ON Onsite role in Brampton 5 days working**

**Duration: Fulltime Salary role CAD$110K/Annum**

**Responsibilities**

**Genesys PureConnect Configuration and Management**

  • **Design, configure, and maintain** Genesys PureConnect routing, queuing, **IVR, scripting, and reporting.**:
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system functionality.

**Call Flow Administrator**

**Designated Support Contact**

**Genesys Cloud Administrator**

**Qualifications**

**Configure and manage Genesys Telephony Cloud platform. Setup telephony options, call flows, queues, IVR, and other telephony-related features based on business requirements**

Required experience

Genesys PureConnect 5years Expert

Genesys Cloud CX 3 years Expert

Cisco UCM 2years Basic

**Job summary**

Voice over IP principles and PBX functionality (Jabber, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Dialer, ICM, Cisco Presence. SIP, SCCP, H.323, etc.)

Experience 8Yrs

**Required Skills ,**

Unified Communication - Cisco

. Shift Day 10 AM TO 7 PM CST

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Cisco Unified Communications/Voice Conferencing/Webex.

  • **Genesys Cloud CX technology, Call Recording, Voice conferencing and collaboration**
  • Experience in **managing Ring Central Cloud Communication** Platform or any similar platfarms
  • Vendor Management

**Preferred Additional Skills**

  • **Genesys PureConnect **certifications (e.g., Genesys Certified Professional - PureConnect).
  • Experience with other Genesys products **(e.g., Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage).**:
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and integration with contact center solutions.
