Our core services encompass international air and ocean freight, project logistics, railway transport, warehousing, e-commerce logistics, aviation supplies logistics, and customs services. As a leading organization in the logistics sector, CTS Canada is currently operating 7 warehouses and offices throughout Canada, with our headquarters situated in North York. **Qualifications** - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Ocean freight forwarding - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs documentation, and freight procedures. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Mandarin speaking is mandatory **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Partner with customers, vendors, and internal groups to build a solid working relationship - Work with worldwide ocean shipments, including all geographies and multiple customers across the world - Effective and efficient file shipment creation/activation including follow-up/transfer of control back to origin for necessary corrections - Distribution of pick-up numbers, hold/examination notices, freight invoices and other ancillary charges, notices or invoices. - Provide professional, prompt and efficient customer service to all clients - Ensure files are completed and updated in accordance with corporate requirements - Support and manage ongoing vendor and partner relationships - Provide the proper documentation that is required for the alcoholic beverage industry - Work diligently to ensure quotation deadlines and shipment requirements are met - Monitor shipments and respond to inquiries from clients, in a timely manner - Resolve client customer service issues promptly and professionally - Partner with global offices as needed - Other duties as assigned *** **Pay: $45,000** **Expected hours: 40 per week** **Benefits**: - **Dental care**: - **Life insurance**: - **Paid time off**: - **Vision care** **Flexible language requirement**: - **Mandarin is required**: - **French not required** **Schedule**: - **Monday to Friday** **Work Location: In person** Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - Vision care Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2025-01-30
