We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** with expertise in Electrical, PLC, Controls, and Programming (**E.P.C.P**.) to lead and coordinate design-and-build projects for special and CNC machine tools, automation systems, motorized spindles, and servo-driven solutions. Occasional travel to the U.S. is required to support project execution and client collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage end-to-end projects and jobs related to our core products, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource coordination across Mechanical Design, Electrical/Programming, Manufacturing, Assembly, Testing, and Customer Installation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize automation solutions during product development.
- Supervise and coordinate work performed by external vendors for E.P.C.P. components and programming.
- Ensure all automation systems comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices in risk management.
- Provide technical expertise in PLC, HMI, SCADA, CNC control systems, servo drives, and industrial automation.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, CNC control systems, servo drives, and industrial automation.
- Experience with electrical schematics, panel design, and automation solutions for machine tools.
- Familiarity with broaching system controls, and machining process automation.
- Project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills in a manufacturing environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical controls, CNC machine automation and robotics.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, CNC controls, servo drives, electrical schematics, and automation integration.
- Experience working with machine tool automations and precision machining technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and coordinate between internal teams and external vendors.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and manufacturing efficiency.
