**Job position**: Design Manager

**Job duties**:
Extensive experience in branding design/ international product design

1. Responsible for branding design and planning of Fantuan and ensuring that the creatives comply with our target audience and our brand objectives and visions.
2. To conceive the usage and purposes of various branding materials; polish and execute strategic design plans, establish proactive workflows, and effectively communicate across departments to ensure clarity and viability of the design rationales.
3. Keep up with analyzing product design trends, and make timely adjustments to product designs by acknowledging customers' needs, customers' experiences, and the aesthetic standards.
4. Manage the product upgrading process, design workflow, and division of labor while further promoting the professionalism of the design team as a whole.

**Position requirements**:
1. Hold a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline, with 3-5+ years of experience in product design, and provide an impressive portfolio showcasing previous projects and creatives.
2. Ability to comprehensively conceive brand standards and objectives, implement strategic design plans, and make critical judgments and evaluations accordingly.
4. Demonstrate excellence in communication while working as part of a team; and could effectively utilize resources to optimize the quality and productivity of the design team. Preferably competent in both English and Chinese.

1. 负责饭团集团品牌设计部工作，针对公司的目标用户和品牌理念，规划并设计符合品牌调性，能让目标用户强感知的品牌设计；
2. 了解品牌相关延展性物料的目的和场景，输出设计策略及完整设计方案，并梳理应用流程及跨部门的协作流程，确保品牌设计的落地和对外统一性；
3. 时刻关注并分析流行产品设计趋势，研究目标用户需求，体验诉求与审美倾向，并迅速优化现有产品;
4. 对设计团队的整体优化，流程梳理，人才结构和设计团队人员专业能力提升负责。

**职位要求：**

1、设计类专业本科及以上学历，有互联网设计背景，3-5年以上产品设计经验，有成熟项目经历及作品。
2、高效理解并拆分目标，输出设计策略及完整设计方案，敏锐判断设计方案可行性;
3、具备项目及团队管理经验优先，具备较强的抗压能力，以行业领先标准自我要求;
4、具备优秀的沟通合作能力，中英文双语能力者优先，合理配置协调资源，最大化发挥设计价值。
