**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Upholding the company’s cleanliness standards of all guest rooms and other areas of the hotel
- Change and replace all bed linens and towels, and restock all guest amenities
- Dust/wipe/sanitize all surfaces including but not limited to windows, pictures, mirrors, electronics, appliances, and furniture
- Vacuum/mop all floors
- Empty garbage and recycling receptacles
- Using proper chemicals for each task
- Clean and maintain personal workstation by properly stocking it with sheets, towels, amenities, etc.
- Offer guests assistance when needed
- Ensure systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest safety and security
- Report any maintenance, security, or safety concerns to the appropriate staff
- Tag all lost and found items and follow proper procedure for handling
