**Position Summary**

Our service mission is to provide the Hollyburn Membership with an unparalleled dining experience in a premium casual setting. By delivering exceptional hospitality and attentive service, we aim to create memorable moments that our Members are proud to share with family and friends. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial support role in ensuring the seamless execution of this mission, assisting the service team in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our Members and guests.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Set up and prepare service stations for the day, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and stocked.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Assist servers with food running, ensuring timely delivery of dishes to tables.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional attention to Members and guests, supporting the service team as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset.
- Valid Serving It Right (preferred)
- Food Safe Level 1 certifications (preferred)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A commitment to going above and beyond to uphold Hollyburn’s standard of exceptional service.
- Own transportation is an asset due to the Club’s location and limited public transit options.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position operates 100% on-site
- Regular evenings or weekend work may be required during peak periods or special events
- Own transportation is an asset as public transportation is not frequent to/from the Club
