**Responsibilities**
- Obtain and process product orders
- Receive, register and distributing packages and letters within the company
- Ensuring all Purchase Orders are received correct in the system.
- Verification of parts, materials, equipment being received, as well as their quantities, based on vendor’s Packing Slips, Purchase Order.
- Maintain the company stockroom through counting, organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items
- Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for all items
- Proper and safe packaging of customer items using packaging equipment and tools.
- Prepare regular inventory, shipping and receiving reports for managers as needed.
- Report any discrepancies, damages to Purchasing immediately and submit NCR (Non-conformance report) accordingly.
- Create bill of lading (BOL) or shipping labels for shipments: online and /or manually. Arrange pickups according to the production timeline (dates provided beforehand).
- Contact shipping companies for pickups, shipping discrepancies or late shipment.
- Keeping the shop and warehouse clean, organized, and free of obstructions such as used packaging material, boxes, bags, crating material etc.
- Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems
- Participate in projects related to material and information flow

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role
- Self motivated, able to work with minimum supervision, good team-working skills are a must.
- Good physical health and able to lift up-to 75-90 lbs.
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- A high school qualification or equivalent is preferred
- Must be detail oriented and organized, enjoy responsibility
- Operate forklifts
- Perform all work in a safe manner, following work instructions and / or safe operating procedures.
- Able to use Microsoft Office.
