**Job Description**:
The data we collect is pivotal to our success: information such as player acquisition and retention is how we understand the performance of our projects while user feedback and market research allow us to connect to our fans and know how to keep them satisfied. As a Data Analyst at Ubisoft Montreal, you will help us better understand our dedicated fans and provide the knowledge needed to guide our production teams towards a better future for our games.

Your work will transform data into actionable suggestions or solutions for the Rainbow 6 Mobile team and ensure we can stay up to date with player trends by organizing data into easy-to-understand dashboards or visualisations.

**What you’ll do**
- Elicit and collect **analytical needs** from stakeholders.
- Find **solutions **to use data to answer business questions.
- Create **reports **and **dashboards**.
- Build **analysis **and communicate findings to decision makers.
- Design and develop **ETL flows** to structure data.
- Propose in-game **telemetry** for operational and analytical needs.
- Identify new **sources of information** to collect to enrich analysis.
- Profile data to evaluate and monitor **quality**.
- Help construct **test cases** for testing team.
- Participate in the **resolution** of incidents and problems.
- ** Collaborate** with partners of different expertises (Community Manager, Marketing, Monetization, Production, Technical Operations, User Researcher, etc.).

**Qualifications**:
**What you bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Administration, Information Technology, Mathematics or any other relevant field of expertise
- Experience in a similar position or any other relevant experience
- Ability to adopt structured, strategic and rigorous thinking
- Autonomy and entrepreneurship
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- Expertise in reading and writing SQL Language
- Solid knowledge of data modelling (Inmon & Kimball) as well as visualization concepts (Stephen Few)
- Excellent communication skills/bilingualism (French-English, spoken and written)
- Knowledge of the video game industry (a bonus)
