Cambridge, Canada Ontario Security Defence Services Inc. Full time

We’re looking for reliable and alert Security Officer to protect active land development and construction sites in across Cambridge, ON. As part of our expanding team, you’ll play a key role in preventing theft, trespassing, and vandalism during critical phases of residential or commercial development.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Patrol undeveloped or active land development sites
- Monitor and control access to equipment, tools, and storage areas
- Deter unauthorized individuals and vehicles from entering the property
- Document and report suspicious activity or incidents
- Lock/unlock gates, trailers, and containers as required
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Ability to work independently and stay alert during long shifts
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments (all weather conditions)
- Strong observation and reporting skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Prior experience in construction, trades, or site security is an asset
- Experience in Construction sites is an asset
- Computer/ Microsoft skills considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
