Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the Data Analytics Platform specifically (Snowflake, AWS S3) and Visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx).
- Maintain the current BI solution and actively participate in decommissioning legacy solutions.
- Develop and maintain analytics solutions using Power BI and Alteryx.
- Define and document setup and configuration parameters.
- Define and follow Power BI development best practices.
- Manage report security, folder row-level database row-level security, report schedules and distribution.
- Mentor/train junior team members.
- Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information promptly within the team and across functions. Establish and maintain relationships within the business or operation.
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training on a specific area of business or systems expertise.
- Nights, weekends, and non-regular hours may be required to deploy and make ready solutions that need resource support and collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 5 + years of progressively advanced experience building reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI.
- Expert knowledge in SQL, ETL architecture, data architecture and BI architecture.
- 2+ years’ experience with advanced MDX and DAX expressions.
- 2+ years’ experience with data modelling with Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Experience using Power BI Version Control.
- Strong SQL development experience with the ability to write complex and nested SQL queries.
- Experience with Snowflake or SaaS data warehouse.
- Knowledge of best practices in enterprise-wide Power BI implementation and security configuration.

**Qualifications/Experience Preferred**:

- MicroStrategy experience.
- Previous experience with Snowflake implementation.
