We are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of residential & mixed-use properties in our portfolio. Job Responsibilities

Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and any other common areas as required
Clean vacant suites and other suite touch-ups as required
Interior and exterior garbage pick-up as required
Empty garbage/ recycling and replace liners.
Clean washrooms and replace supplies as needed.
Clean windows and glass.
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Report any damage or repairs needed for the equipment to management.
Fully clean suites after renovations and prior to a move-in
Report any concerns to the Manager

**Qualifications**:
One (1) year previous janitorial experience preferred
Able to take direction and work well with mínimal supervision
Strong communicator; both verbal and written
Motivated and professional with a service-oriented mindset
Reliable and has a professional work ethic
