Sterilization Technician

East Coast Dental Group (ECDG) is currently seeking **a Sterilization Technician to join our expanding team in Sackville, NB**

**You will enjoy**:

- Work closely with dental assistants, receptionists, and dental hygiene to support the overall operations of our clinic.
- 20 hrs a week based on business needs
- Monday-Tuesday-Thursday Schedule from 9-3

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead all sterilization and turnover/cleaning activities
- Document sterilization cycles and as indicated by public health regulations
- Prepare and maintain all dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain a sterile and organized clinical area
- Engage with patients and team members in a manner that facilitates an environment of trust and respect
- Perform additional tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Lab/Sterilization Technician experience (asset)
- Experience with clinical sterilization practices (asset)
- Positive and professional approach
- A strong desire to learn new skills
- Education - High-school or equivalent
- Above and beyond approach to customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess great energy for a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sackville, NB E4L 4A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical Sterilization: 1 year (preferred)
