Construction Labourer

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, graders, and paving machines.
- Perform horizontal drilling and other specialized tasks as required.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete construction projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and any maintenance performed.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with Caterpillar machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with commercial driving is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction practices and safety standards.
- Ability to operate various types of machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, graders, and paving equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications for specific machinery operation are a plus. We look forward to welcoming a dedicated Equipment Operator who is ready to contribute their expertise to our projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on site.
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
