Forklift Driver

Fuel Transport is in full expansion and is looking for a forklift driver to work (**Daytime from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, evenings from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am and nights from 12:00 am to 8:00 am**) in our offices located in LaSalle, Montreal. The selected drivers will have to work a regular shift from Monday to Friday with the possibility of working Saturdays. Please note that this job has a lot of overtime.

**Job Summary**:

- Move merchandize from one place to another using the forklift or Clap lift.
- Operate other mechanical devices and/or other controls that operate lifting devices like lifting Roll and pallets.
- Load, unload and move merchandise using the WMS.
- Inspect products to be moved for accuracy and safely move them to location using scan gun. Load and offload trucks using the scan gun.
- Loading and unloading pulp bales from trains and trucks.
- Ensure coordination of incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Carry out the reception and dispatch of the goods.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Responsible, autonomous, respectful, good organizational skills and management of priorities.
- Good sense of observation.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in the forklift driving.
- Forklift driver competency cards (mandatory).
- Experience with shipping and receiving of heavy goods.
- Possess steel-toed shoes or boots.
- Available to work flexible hours (when necessary)
