**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Assist customers with the purchasing process, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions and inventory management.
- Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing assistance and knowledge of products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Keeping the store Clean and organized daily.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, Fashion/beauty/home decor and/or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Friendly, outgoing personality is an asset.
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Experience with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility.
- Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Requirement: 19 yrs +
