**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal services in accordance with LSO regulations in permitted areas (e.g., Small Claims Court, Landlord and Tenant Board, etc.)
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, prepare court materials, and manage case files.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings as permitted by the LSO.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and case developments.
- Liaise with clients, court staff, opposing counsel, and other parties professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards set by the LSO.
- Support Paralegals and other legal professionals as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Must hold a current paralegal license in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing paralegal (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of relevant Ontario court rules, tribunal procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in landlord/tenant law, small claims litigation, and other Social Justice Tribunals.
- Client-focused and solutions-oriented mindset.
