**Retread Technician**

**Role Description**

We are looking for team members who are motivated and seek to join a collaborative team dedicated to a safe and productive work environment. Do you excel in a physical environment that includes lifting and moving constantly throughout your shift?

**Responsibilities**:

- Using hand tools to identify and prepare tires for repair.
- Train to follow established retreading procedure.
- Methodical and patient approach with strong attention to detail.
- Safety mindset and follow all safety procedures.

**Job Requirements**
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required.
- Required ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a high preforming team environment.
- Drivers License preferred.
