Bay and College Physiotherapy and Rehab is a busy multidisciplinary clinic located in downtown Toronto. We provide evidence-based care through a team that includes physiotherapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors. **Position Overview**

We are currently seeking a licensed **Chiropractor** to join our team on a **part-time basis (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)**. This is a fee-for-service role under a **60/40 split arrangement**. The position offers steady patient flow in a high-demand clinic, with opportunities for professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform comprehensive chiropractic assessments and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with the **College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO)** standards
- Educate patients on health maintenance, rehabilitation, and injury prevention

**Qualifications**
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program
- Registration in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance as required by the CCO
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting
- Previous experience in a busy clinic environment is an asset; new graduates are welcome to apply

**Compensation and Schedule**
- **Compensation**: 60/40 split-fee model
- **Schedule**: Tuesdays and Wednesdays (part-time)
- **Incentives**: Additional earnings through product recommendations and sales
- Administrative support provided (scheduling, billing, patient intake)
