Line Chef

Benny and Company is hiring a Line Cook to prepare and cook food in our facilities. Line Cook responsibilities include preparing meat and vegetables, as well as plating, consistent quality assurance and cleaning. You will work with a team of cooks to prepare high-quality food. As a Line Cook you must have good experience in the kitchen and a demonstrated ability to follow specific instructions. You should be organized, have strong communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. You should be able to manage time effectively and present food with attractive presentations. Ultimately, the Line Cook’s duties are to prepare quality food for our customers within the guidelines established by our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare food according to recipes and specifications for quality and fast service.
- Ensure freshness and quality control of ingredients (e.g. fresh vegetables, meat, seafood etc.).
- Clean and sanitize equipment (counter tops, pots, pans etc.) regularly.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
