**About the Role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support BPA in the preparation of KPI’s that drive the business (Radar screen, demand)
- Support commercial efforts in running scenarios in Market Models for the different brands
- Support the Central BPA activities including but not limited to cost center analysis, FTE planning, cost allocations
- Update the sales landing model and work with BPA team to gather inputs
- Special projects along the summer to help us automate and develop processes aimed at making work more efficient

- Strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- Independent, fast learner, adept to managing change
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- Ability to multitask, high attention to detail and deals well with high pressure/time sensitive requests and competing priorities

**Responsabilités clées**:

- Soutenir l’équipe BPA dans la préparation des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) qui pilotent l’activité (« Radar Screen », Demande )
- Soutenir les equipes commerciaux dans la modelisation financière “Market Models” des différentes marques
- Soutenir les activités du BPA central, incluant l'analyse des centres de coûts, la planification des couts des effectifs, et les répartitions des coûts
- Projets spéciaux tout au long de l'été pour nous aider à automatiser et à développer des processus visant à rendre le travail plus efficace
- Mettre à jour le modèle de vente “Spotlanding” et travailler avec l'équipe BPA pour recueillir les commentaires

**Exigences essentielles**:

- Étudiant de premier cycle en commerce avec une exposition à la finance
- Solides compétences analytiques développées grâce à d'autres expériences de stage avec compréhension de l'industrie pharmaceutique
- Solides compétences en communication et maturité pour interagir à travers les différents niveaux de l'organisation
- Bilingue français anglais préféré
- Capacité de remettre en question le statu quo et de poser les bonnes questions
