Compensation:

- **Full-time Salary $80,000 - $120,000 year however may vary based on experience**:

- vast knowledge of all insurance industry products
- vast knowledge of all insurance company products and already working will the majority of the companies in Canada
- already be working with all product lines such as life, critical illness, disability, long-term care, group insurance and whole life insurance

The day-to-day role of this position will focus on
- ensuring our existing client's needs are met and completing the administration work
- complete existing insurance review meetings although this is typically completed through the financial planning process
- host insurance needs analysis meetings, prepare the recommendation and market quotes independently
- integrate the insurance with the financial planning process and will therefore work closely with the planning team to ensure all financial needs at met while preparing insurance recommendations

Sales and prospecting for clients are NOT required and NOT needed. We are a growing firm that requires a full-time dedicated insurance specialist. However, if you are an insurance licensed self-employed advisor that loves the industry and like sales but finds it difficult to earn a consistent income then discussions can be brought forward to allow you to both take a salary position as well as be able to earn additional commission income, therefore, creating a very lucrative income. As the firm continues to grow this Insurance Specialist position may/will also require an administrate support person and will be added to the team.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
