**Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Oversee the maintenance to ensure equipment is maintained properly
- Verbally communicate identified Emergency/Urgent repair problems accurately and efficiently to operations supervisor
- Foster a safe work environment and promote continuous improvement initiatives in regards to workplace safety.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of all equipment and buildings
- Willing and capable of doing some exterior physical labor in varying weather conditions as required
- Willing and capable to work at heights
- Provide a day-to-day support to the Site Supervisor, overseeing the blending facility to ensure customer orders are completed in a safe, timely and diligent manner.
- Aid the Site Supervisor in leading seasonal staff during the blending season.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College diploma or Journeymen Trade certificate in the fields of either electrical, mechanical or welding fabrication would be a definite asset. Individuals with significant work experience in any of these trades but not licensed will be considered.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a team environment
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift and skid loader would be an asset
- Class 3A license, or willing to get licensed
- Able to work extended hours during the spring blending season
- Possess a Strong Safety record.
- Must work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to safety lift/move 40 lbs

Wage range of $18 - $20 an hour
