Transportation Team Lead Career Opportunity
The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Transportation Team Lead within our Saskatoon Distribution Centre located at 165 Lipsett Cres.
As a Transportation Team Lead you will be responsible for supervising and training the transportation team members to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of products to customers’ homes.

**As the Transportation Team Lead you will**:
Ensure a safe, professional, and efficient delivery and set-up of furniture and appliances to customers’ homes
Assist with initial training and orientation of new team members, to develop furniture handling skills, proficiency on the use of tools, and a high quality of customer service
Provide performance improvement suggestions to Transportation supervisory team based on team feedback and observation
Ensure accurate completion of delivery work using delivery tablets.
Understand, follow and ensure compliance with all safe work practices and rules
Provide support for upkeep of delivery equipment
High school diploma, with minimum one year shipping and transportation experience
Ability to learn in-house computer programs
Clean Drivers Abstract
Demonstrates the company’s Core and Leadership competencies
Able to operate a variety of equipment
Able to work in extreme temperatures
Able to lift and move heavy objects greater than 100 lbs
Able to operate hand trucks
Flexible shifts and hours
Criminal Record Check required
