**CASUAL TENANT ASSISTANT - ARLINGTONHAUS**

The Bethania Group is currently recruiting for a **Casual TENANT ASSISTANT** to join our dedicated team at the ArlingtonHaus location. ArlingtonHaus is a 55+ apartment building with Assisted Living, Independent living and Supportive Housing located at 880 Arlington Street in Winnipeg.

Requirements for this position include:

- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Able to read and write English - able to effectively communicate both verbally and written
- Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Able to follow instructions
- Able to function in stressful situations
- Able to manage and resolve conflict
- Able to work alone

Experience in a Supportive Housing environment would be an asset.

A Health Care Aide certificate is an asset but not required.

Applicants must be in good physical and mental health to meet the demands of the job.

**As of Monday, October 18th, 2021, ALL staff working in any of our facilities are required to be fully vaccinated and must provide proof of vaccination upon hire.**
