**The Opportunity**

**Papi’s Seafood and Oyster Bar **located in the heart of the West End offers a menu of seafood-focused dishes, a spacious dining room, oyster bar and a sun soaked patio overlooking English Bay.

**What You’ll Do**
- Govern safety and sanitization practices in the kitchen.
- Ensure clean kitchen and work area.
- Collect all dishes, cutlery, and glasses.
- Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use.
- Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use.
- Prepare takeout packages.
- Clean kitchen floors and storage areas, and take out the trash.
- Keep cupboards and storage areas clean and organized.

**What You Have**
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
