**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, menus, and condiment stations.
- Assist in food handling and service, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Support bartending operations as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the restaurant.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Experience with cashiering or operating POS systems is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
