**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality deli products. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve deli items, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and salads, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Operate the Micros POS system for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking items as needed.
- Upsell products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions are required.
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is advantageous but not mandatory. Join our team as a Deli Associate and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our customers

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
