**THE POSITION**
- Full-time permanent, guaranteed 40.5 hours per week
- Afternoon shifts 4pm-1am Mon-Thurs, 4pm-10:30pm Fri
- Licensed Technician required (minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman)

We work on all makes/models of trucks, trailers, and equipment. We have all necessary shop tools, and all Techs have their own iPad to track their work using leading-edge shop software.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- This is a **working Foreman** position. You will be expected to produce on the floor when possible
- Oversee and manage jobs in the shop to ensure commitments to customers are being met “on-cost, on-quality and on-time”
- Mentor and provide leadership to techs on the floor, holding team members accountable
- Work to improve team member productivity and efficiency
- Customer relations
- Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are being followed

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.5 per week
